Mindfulness
There are different ways to train one’s mindfulness. The master instructs students to sit and meditate in meditation classes on a regular basis, allowing them to attain serenity and concentration. One may attend various Buddhist ceremonies to obtain an opportunity to express one’s gratitude towards Buddha and bodhisattvas and repent to one’s karmic foes. We also organize yoga and Chinese calligraphy classes. All of these help nourish calmness and purity of mind.
